Medical Data Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to support our team in an administrative capacity. This role will involve processing documents, compiling medical records, entering and noting information, and collaborating with our paralegal/attorney team.
Responsibilities- Compile Explanations of Benefits as proofs of medical provider usual, customary, and reasonable rates
- Summarize compiled Explanations of Benefits in a table for inclusion in legal documents
- Analyze and apply procedural standards in reviewing EOBs
- Redact information from EOBs to store them as exemplars
- Maintain our exemplar EOB database and update with new documents
- Experience in a medical office, medical billing company, or health insurance company is preferred
- Knowledge and familiarity with medical billing, procedure codes, and reviewing Explanations of Benefits is strongly preferred
- Independent thinking is strongly valued, as is the ability to collaborate and seek guidance when needed
- Someone with an analytical nature, motivated by task completion and a grounded demeanor will excel in this role
- Excellent communication skills are required, as you will personally interact with our team members
- Permanent remote arrangement
- Monday to Friday, 9pm to 6am Manila Time
