The Human Resources Supervisor will oversee the relationship between the organization, SMC Integrated Merchandising Services Inc., and its employees in the Visayas Area (VIS), covering Regions 6, 7, and 8. This role is responsible for managing various HR Functions, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee & Labor Relations, and other duties as required.

This role requires a strong command of oral and written communication skills, be an expert in administrative work with a can-do attitude, possess good analytical and decision-making skills, have excellent customer service and relationship management skills, be highly organized, and demonstrate attention to detail with outstanding organizational skill.
