The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating clients, candidates, and recruiters regarding schedule availability, scheduling multiple candidates for interviews, and sending out calendar invites.

This role requires a strong understanding of the client's nature of business and their hiring requirements, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

The successful candidate will have experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role, and be adept at using MS Outlook, MS Teams, Zoom, Slack, Skype, or other similar communication platforms.

Able to conduct paper screening of candidates based on the client requirement during down times, this role is perfect for those who enjoy working with people and are able to multitask effectively.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate clients, candidates, and recruiters regarding schedule availability.
  • Schedule multiple candidates for either onsite or virtual interviews with hiring managers.
  • Send out calendar invites to clients, candidates, and recruiters in line with the agreed schedules.
