About the Role

This is a full-time remote opportunity that requires a high level of precision and empathy. As a Care Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring patient records and medical documentation are accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient documents to ensure timely distribution of medical records.
  • Serve as the primary contact for communication with healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical facilities.
  • Request and follow up on medical records, diagnostic reports, and imaging studies via calls and emails.
  • Support families in scheduling visits and coordinating care delivery processes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or related field (preferred).
