Senior Financial Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Manager to oversee our financial operations and drive growth in a fast-paced, remote environment.

  • This is a key role for an experienced professional with a strong foundation in US GAAP, hands-on experience with QuickBooks, and the ability to manage full-cycle accounting.
About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, assisting in monthly and year-end close processes, and maintaining and reconciling financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with U.S. accounting standards.

Additionally, you will support accounts payable and receivable functions, prepare reports, assist with tax filings, and partner with the Finance Director to streamline accounting workflows and optimize financial operations.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
  • Proven experience using QuickBooks in a professional setting (must-have).
