Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing critical financial planning and analytical support to drive business decision-making.

The FP&A Analyst will prepare reports, build financial models, and analyze data to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data.
  • Update and refine forecasting tools and templates to optimize performance.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies between systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop presentation decks highlighting key financial insights.
  • Provide analytical support for ad hoc projects and business cases, driving informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with exposure to QuickBooks Online and Power BI a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Benefits:
  • Night shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PH time), with possible flexibility.
  • Competitive salary, starting at PHP 50,000 or higher, depending on experience.
  • PHP 2,200 monthly allowance + 10% night differential.
