Job Description

The role of Graphic Designer is pivotal in shaping the visual identity and tone of our brand. You will be responsible for refining AI-generated content, ensuring it meets our standards and resonates with our audience.

  • Review, edit, and refine AI-generated copy and visual content across various therapeutic areas, tailoring them to meet our brand's unique voice and style.
  • Make targeted changes to documents in PDF, Figma, and HTML formats, submitting them through our platform for seamless integration.
  • Optimize AI-generated layouts, graphics, and design elements to guarantee brand compliance and visual impact.
  • Guide our AI models on tone, style, visual hierarchy, and structure by crafting prompts, curating training examples, and evaluating both written and visual outputs.
  • Collaborate with copywriters to ensure content alignment with client requirements, and work with product & engineering teams to enhance model performance for both copy and design generation based on real brand needs.
  • Capture user feedback from partners to continuously improve how our platform generates integrated creative content.
  • Help establish creative and editorial standards that balance scientific accuracy, brand voice, visual impact, marketing clarity, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, edit, and refine AI-generated content to ensure it meets our brand standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize AI-generated layouts, graphics, and design elements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to guide AI models on tone, style, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ensure content alignment with client requirements and drive model performance enhancements.
  • Collect and incorporate user feedback to improve integrated creative content generation.
