Visual Content Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Content Specialist to create engaging digital assets for our marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will focus on designing a variety of visual materials, including email campaigns, social media ads, and website graphics.
This role involves conceptualizing and producing high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our audience. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing team to develop and implement effective visual strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
Responsibilities:- Design and produce visually appealing email campaigns and social media ads that capture the attention of our target audience
- Create graphic sketches, visual concepts, and copy layouts for a range of digital applications, ensuring consistency across all platforms
- Determine layout, type styles, and overall design based on brand guidelines, visual principles, and available space
- Maintain and uphold brand consistency across all creative assets, adhering to established brand standards
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to analyze performance data and feedback to optimize visual content and improve campaign effectiveness
- Continuously iterate and refine visual assets based on marketing performance metrics, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience creating digital content for a fashion or lifestyle brand, with a strong portfolio of visual work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with expertise in visual design and composition
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate design ideas and vision
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities, with experience working with cross-functional teams
- English fluency required; additional languages are a plus
