Key Responsibilities

This leadership role oversees the execution of strategic technology initiatives from start to finish. The successful candidate will ensure alignment with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and future growth goals.

  • Lead large-scale technology teams (50+ FTEs) across global locations.
  • Develop and execute delivery roadmaps for complex cross-functional programs.
  • Deliver high-quality results on time by collaborating with Product, Operations, and Compliance teams.
  • Advocate Agile and DevOps best practices to drive speed and resiliency.
  • Manage third-party vendors and commercial partnerships effectively.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale technology delivery within financial services.
  • Deep expertise in Wealth Management and Private Banking ecosystems is required.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Avaloq, including commercial and vendor management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
  • A strategic mindset with a track record of execution excellence and continuous improvement is necessary.
