The Student Records Assistant V position at Ateneo de Manila University requires a highly skilled individual to support the Office's operations by implementing a records management process for student records. As a key member of the team, you will ensure digital and physical student records are properly stored, organized, and secured.

Main Duties
  • Implements file-naming conventions and regularly backs up digital records.
  • Handles turnover of student files to relevant offices and school units, ensuring accurate transfer of documentation.
  • Prepares documents/records for turnover, ensuring that all files are systematically categorized, clearly labeled, and easily accessible for retrieval.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data protection and records management, as well as experience working with Student Information Systems (SIS). They must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in the academe setting is an advantage
