As an Assistant Property Manager, you will assist the Complex Property Manager in carrying out daily tasks and responsibilities related to property management.

Duties:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, reporting to Cluster Heads and clients accordingly.
  • Lead a team of site engineers and staff for efficient property operations.
  • Oversee financial matters, including income and expenditure monitoring, to ensure alignment with budgets.
  • Establish operating procedures, including security, fire safety, emergency, and evacuation protocols.
  • Identify problem areas and recommend improvement plans to maximize management efficiency.
  • Plan, implement, and supervise regular preventative maintenance programs for building structures, systems, and equipment.
  • Maintain good public relations with clients, owners, and tenants.
