Overview:

This role is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. As a Leasing Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective tenants through various marketing efforts, drafting and negotiating lease terms, and maintaining strong relationships with existing tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage prospective tenants through email marketing campaigns, cold calls, and other strategic marketing efforts

  • Assist in drafting and negotiating lease terms and agreements for new and renewing leases, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market conditions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing leasing-related inquiries and concerns promptly

  • Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity to inform and enhance leasing strategies

  • Prepare and present market analysis reports to management, providing insights into tenant demand and leasing opportunities

  • Support Asset Management Executives in preparing and reviewing Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease agreements, amendments, and other related legal documents

  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure lease compliance, mitigate risks, and uphold contractual obligations

  • Maintain accurate leasing records and ensure proper documentation of agreements, transactions, and correspondence

  • Work closely with property managers, asset managers, and tenants to optimize occupancy and revenue

  • Assist in planning and executing property marketing initiatives and tenant retention strategies

  • Foster collaboration between internal departments to ensure seamless leasing operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience

  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally within all levels of the organization and externally with tenants, vendors, and other outside parties

  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

  • Must possess a strong work ethic

  • Must be a team player
