JOB SUMMARY:

The Recruitment Coordinator will oversee all forms of talent sourcing, onboarding, and ensure that all departments and store-level positions are adequately staffed, including supporting new store openings. This role includes processing and maintaining staffing and onboarding records in compliance with payroll policies. Experience in the restaurant industry (quick service restaurants), hospitality, or retail is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in all forms of talent sourcing, engagement, recruitment, onboarding, and coaching through the application process (including background screening).
  • Monitor social media and job board postings.
  • Provide regular updates to everyone involved in the hiring process.
  • Schedule, facilitate, and help execute candidate interviews, job fairs, and orientation/training sessions.
  • Assist new applicants in completing the onboarding process promptly.
  • Track onboarding progress and follow up with candidates as needed.
  • Actively oversee staffing numbers and communicate staffing changes to department leaders.
  • Facilitate and attend off-site recruiting events.
  • Perform general filing, record-keeping, and other clerical tasks as part of daily responsibilities.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-3 years of work experience in a comparable role.
  • Recruitment, hospitality, F&B, or retail experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
