As a seasoned estimator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate and timely estimates for our projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in conducting takeoffs based on received drawings, managing RFPs, assembling comprehensive estimates, and ensuring all updates are incorporated accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough takeoffs based on drawings
  • Send out and track RFPs to ensure prompt responses
  • Assemble detailed estimates for each project with precision
  • Incorporate updates and changes based on revised drawings
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality work
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure project requirements are met
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an estimator or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with project management tools like Monday.com
