Sr. Estimation

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Engineer (Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Industrial);
• With at least 5 years of experience in Cost Estimation and Project & Cost Control from a Renewable/Power/EPC industry;
• Proficient with computer estimation software (Excel, AutoCAD, Management Tools);
• Advanced knowledge in cost estimation, construction, and engineering processes and ability to interpret CAD drawing and blueprints.
• Excellent communication skills, and advanced analytical and high-level mathematical skills;
• Willingness to travel and visit the project sites.

Major Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Cost Estimates: Prepare accurate project cost estimates by researching industry benchmarks, technology updates, and relevant cost factors using Excel or other software.
• Monitor Resource Allocation: Track and evaluate project resource usage to ensure alignment with project needs and budgets.
• Risk and Budget Management: Identify potential risks, coordinate mitigation plans, and incorporate them into budget considerations.
• Financial Accuracy and Procurement Support: Align project and accounting costs, manage project cost codes in NetSuite, and support procurement for accurate financial tracking.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with planning, procurement, engineering, contractors, and suppliers to ensure clear understanding of project scope and requirements.
