About the Role

This role involves leading, managing, and developing the distribution channel assigned to you in line with the company's objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and exceeding assigned revenue targets.
  • Identifying market opportunities for business growth.
  • Executing strategies and action plans for generating new leads, business partners, and accounts.
  • Recruiting new business partners.
  • Conducting training sessions on the sales process, product, and app.
  • Running regular sessions to create opportunities for new businesses and/or renewals.
  • Reactivating and engaging dormant agents, business partners, and sales agencies.
  • Submitting complete and accurate sales reports/account status in a timely manner.
  • Analysing sales statistics/reports to review past sales performance and predict future sales performance.
  • Escalating and recommending appropriate action/intervention to concerns and issues encountered in their respective channels.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of experience in the Insurance industry, preferably in Non-Life or General Insurance or in Corporate Solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build credibility with new business partners.
  • High energy and driven to meet sales targets.
  • Adaptable and able to work independently and under pressure.
