Key GTM Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Fractional Go-To-Market (GTM) Technology Consultant to support our clients in building and optimizing their technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities & Expectations
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand business objectives, sales and marketing strategies, and operational requirements.
  • Translate high-level goals into technical specifications and actionable implementation plans.
Systems Architecture & Integration
  • Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce to align with client-specific GTM processes.
  • Implement and manage integrations with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clari, and CPQ platforms.
  • Develop scalable solutions for lead lifecycle management, opportunity tracking, account-based marketing, and customer success workflows.
Process Improvement & Documentation
  • Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and design streamlined workflows.
  • Create detailed technical documentation, process maps, and training materials to support user adoption.
Data Strategy & Reporting
  • Establish Salesforce as a single source of truth for revenue data across the tech stack.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure clean data capture, proper attribution, and reliable reporting structures.
Client Enablement & Support
  • Provide training and enablement to client teams to ensure effective use and adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering guidance on system governance, best practices, and change management.
