Cloud Applications Consultant Job Description

The opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Applications Consultant to join our team. As a consultant, you will be responsible for implementing customers' requests regarding addition of new trading partners, document types, and connection types.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary point of contact for customers' requests
  • Utilize systems integration and service delivery knowledge to create/update technical specifications and maps using OpenText translation software
  • Carry out integration tasks to deploy maps to pre-production and production environments
  • Setup Trading Partner connectivity using common communications standards such as ftp, http, AS2, SFTP, etc.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Graduate of Computer Science and/or other technical disciplines
  • Knowledgeable of programming e.g. Perl, C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, etc.
  • Strong customer focus and customer satisfaction oriented
  • Problem solving skills and logical thinking techniques with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work independently
