System Operations Expert Wanted

Monitoring and Incident Management Focus

We seek a seasoned system expert to manage monitoring, alerting, and incident response for production systems.

This role requires strong technical skills in monitoring tools, automation scripting, and experience with incident management processes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, be a clear communicator under pressure, and possess a team player mindset.

Additionally, experience in high-uptime environments and knowledge of reliability engineering practices would be an asset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design monitoring dashboards and build alerting pipelines to reduce toil and ensure system uptime
  • Perform root cause analysis and document learnings to drive improvements
  • Collaborate with dev, infra, and ops teams to resolve production issues
  • Develop and maintain monitoring tools using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and SigNoz
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or IT Operations roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, SigNoz)
  • Skilled in scripting for automation (Python, TypeScript, or Bash)
