Observability & Reliability Focus

Our organization is seeking a Monitoring & Incident SRE to ensure system uptime and build world-class observability.

As an Observability & Reliability DevOps Engineer, you'll take ownership of monitoring, alerting, and incident management for production systems.

You'll design dashboards, build alerting pipelines, and use automation to reduce toil while ensuring system uptime.

You'll work at the intersection of engineering and operations—quickly identifying issues, performing root cause analysis, and driving improvements that prevent recurrence.

You're passionate about keeping systems stable, proactive in detecting anomalies, and experienced in coordinating response during critical incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning monitoring, alerting, and incident management for production systems.
  • Designing dashboards, building alerting pipelines, and using automation to reduce toil.
  • Performing root cause analysis and driving improvements to prevent recurrence.
  • Coordinating response during critical incidents.
Requirements

Qualifications

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or IT Operations roles.

Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, SigNoz).
  • Skilled in scripting for automation (Python, TypeScript, or Bash).
  • Experience running and improving incident response processes.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and document learnings.
Soft Skills

Team Player

  • Clear communicator under pressure, especially during incident calls.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Comfortable with on-call rotations and handling production issues.

Above and Beyond

  • Experience in high-uptime or mission-critical environments.
  • Familiarity with low-code automation tools for operational workflows.
  • Open-source contributions to monitoring or incident tooling.
