Job Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled recruiter with experience in IT and Engineering to fill technical positions. If you've worked with software developers, QA engineers, DevOps, network admins, or mechanical/electrical engineers, we'd love to meet you.

This is a fast-paced role where quality, communication, and urgency matter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fulfill end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across IT and Engineering.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers or clients to understand technical job requirements.
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels.
  • Screen candidates for both technical qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
  • Track progress using ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Maintain strong pipelines and stay current on market trends in tech/engineering.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter.
  • Direct experience recruiting for IT and/or Engineering roles (e.g., software, QA, systems, network, mechanical, civil, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of technical skills, tools, and hiring language.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience using sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and applicant tracking systems.
