Accounting Specialist Role

This is an opportunity to work as a highly skilled accounting specialist in our organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements with accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial data entry/import, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations are among the key month-end accounting tasks.
  • Maintain fixed asset schedules and assist in tax return preparation during peak seasons.
  • Reconcile books across three entities each month with precision and efficiency.
  • Manage accounts payable processing through RAMP software integrated with NetSuite.
  • Support client-facing accounting teams with monthly close activities in QuickBooks Online when available.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 3-5+ years of accounting experience with a strong foundation in cash and tax basis accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, macros, VLOOKUPs); strong data management skills is required.

Certified in QuickBooks Online (QBO preferred); experience with Accounting CS is a plus. The successful candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently is essential.
