Social Media Manager Role Overview
Job Description:As a seasoned Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing social media strategies that propel our brand forward. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging content, building and managing social calendars, and aligning every post with ongoing marketing briefs and seasonal promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage social media campaigns across multiple food brands to drive engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of social media content in line with operational performance and in-store sales goals.
- Utilize Meta Ads Manager to create and optimize paid social ads, driving maximum ROI and revenue.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decisions and improve overall social media performance.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A minimum 2+ years of experience running social media campaigns for multiple brands (agency or in-house), preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and its capabilities.
- The ability to craft compelling social media strategies, grow audiences, and engage followers effectively.
