About the Position

At CoverGo, we provide innovative solutions for insurance companies to make their services digital and accessible. Our team empowers business users with low-code and no-code tools to take charge of frontend changes without relying on us.

We deliver modern tech stacks that adapt to clients' needs as they grow, allowing them to easily change their frontend without needing coding expertise.


The Role

You will work directly with clients and delivery teams to translate business requirements into pixel-perfect, branded UIs. This involves owning end-to-end design for client delivery projects and solution showcases.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and iterate rapidly. Additionally, you will create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas and concepts.

Your responsibilities include ensuring pixel-perfect visuals, smooth interactions, and strict adherence to brand/design-system standards. You will conduct rapid usability checks and deliver value-driven refinements on tight timelines.

  • Proven track record of delivering UI/UX designs that meet business requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Expert command of design systems, style guides, and brand application principles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in visuals, micro-interactions, and handoff specs.
  • Structured process including research, sketching, prototyping, testing, and handoff.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
