Project Engineer Opportunity

Our organization seeks a skilled Project Engineer to concentrate on creating and submitting proposals for audio-visual projects.

The ideal candidate will craft detailed, high-quality proposals and bids for projects ranging from simple Sonos installations to complex systems with automated shades.

  • Prepare accurate and competitive proposals for audio-visual projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements
  • Develop bids for projects, from basic Sonos setups to high-end AV systems with automated shades
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to guarantee project feasibility and profitability
  • Conduct cost estimations for labor, materials, and equipment to support bidding processes
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to clarify project requirements and timelines
  • Stay informed on industry trends to enhance proposal quality and competitiveness

This role demands strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will be proficient in project estimation, proposal writing, and bidding processes, and have experience working with remote collaboration tools and project management software.

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required. Training can be provided if needed.
