Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Visual Content Specialist to create compelling visuals that communicate our brand message and support marketing initiatives.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging visuals for digital and print platforms, including website graphics, email campaigns, social media posts, landing pages, and more.

  • Create educational materials such as blog illustrations, infographics, and product guides that effectively communicate complex software features and nonprofit concepts.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets by following established design guidelines and collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams.

  • Support marketing efforts by creating visual assets for product launches, webinars, lead generation campaigns, and email marketing initiatives.

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality assets on tight deadlines and receiving feedback from team members to ensure final designs meet objectives.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or other equivalent professional design tools.
  • Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and user-centered design principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience designing for SaaS, tech, or nonprofit-focused companies.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
  • Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics tools is a plus.
