Job Title: Senior Analyst, Affiliate Marketing

The role of a Senior Analyst in Affiliate Marketing is to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and optimize performance. This involves launching, managing, and continuously optimizing campaigns across various affiliate networks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also be able to communicate complex ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch, manage, QA, and continuously optimize performance campaigns.
  • Develop commission structures to balance partner incentives and profitability goals.
  • Analyze partner performance using internal analytics tools and uncover insights, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with creative, merchandising, and integrated marketing teams to ensure content is optimized for performance.
  • Stay ahead of trends in paid media, social commerce, and e-commerce ad tech.
  • Monitor, report on, and analyze performance using platform tools and internal dashboards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
