Business Development Lead

We are seeking a Business Development Lead to join our team at Trends Group Inc. This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced professional to develop and execute business growth strategies, drive new revenue streams, and build strong relationships with key clients.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customized business growth strategies to meet client needs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Foster strong relationships with key clients to achieve long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to create strategic plans, ensuring KPIs are met
Daily and Weekly Tasks
- Research and identify new business opportunities to pursue
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet client needs
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and identify areas for improvement
- Generate progress reports for clients and senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development
- Proficiency in common CRM software, such as Salesforce
