Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure smooth loan application progress through our system.
  2. Process loan applications using Infynity CRM and Apply Online.
  3. Submit pricing requests and order valuations as needed.
  4. Research lending policies, perform servicing calculations, and structure loans.
  5. Collaborate with banks and BDMs to discuss and refine scenarios.
  6. Evaluate PAYG and self-employed income documents.
  7. Review and interpret credit reports.
  8. Communicate with lenders and third parties to provide updates to brokers.
Requirements:
  1. Australian banking/mortgage credit assessment experience.
  2. Finance/Commerce degree or similar.
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high work volume.
  5. Able to work overtime when required.
  6. At least 3 years of Australian mortgage experience.
  7. Willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
  8. Effective communication skills (verbal and written) for daily interactions with banks and third parties.
  9. Expertise in Infynity and Apply Online lodgment systems.
