  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate and close deals, handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Marketing or any business course.
  • At least 3 years of experience in selling and marketing heavy equipment.
  • Computer literate, proficient in English (both oral and written).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills (superb leadership ability).
  • Ability to travel at least 70% of the time.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Metro Manila and travel anywhere in the Philippines.
