Effective Financial Transaction Coordinator

This position involves handling a high volume of financial transactions, including data entry and reconciliation. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience with day-to-day operations, internal controls, and system configurations.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and review daily transaction records to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and flag suspicious or non-compliant transactions for further review, and escalate to leadership as needed.
- Follow up with stakeholders to collect missing documentation, clarify transaction details, and facilitate timely approvals.
- Respond to routine inquiries, troubleshoot payment issues or discrepancies, and escalate to the supervisor when appropriate.
- Support documentation of workflows, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), exception tracking, and process improvement initiatives to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
The Financial Transaction Coordinator will support our organization's financial function while improving the quality of transactional data. This position will operate within our financial systems and assist with their ongoing configuration and maintenance.
