
US Healthcare Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled business development professional to join our team and contribute to the growth of our US healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in telesales, particularly in staffing agencies catering to the US market.
The successful applicant will be responsible for analyzing healthcare markets, creating and maintaining target lists of potential clients, and performing requirements analysis to precisely understand customer needs. They will also be expected to pitch our solutions to potential clients, create and close staffing agreements, and work in tandem with our recruiters to match candidates to job requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market analysis and target list creation
- Client outreach and requirements analysis
- Solution pitching and agreement creation
- Candidate matching and placement
- Objection handling and sales management
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales, particularly in staffing agencies catering to the US market
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to different markets focused on staffing and recruitment of healthcare professionals
- Exceptional knowledge of English is essential
- Excellent communication and high emotional intelligence
- Good knowledge of relevant sales & recruitment tools
