Our Ideal Candidate:

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinic Manager who can effectively oversee clinic operations, engage with staff, and ensure compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance Monitoring: Oversee staff adherence to customer service and staff behavior policies.
  • Performance Tracking: Accurately record and track staff attendance and performance metrics.
  • Communication: Foster strong relationships with site medical personnel to address client requirements and policy updates.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with CMT to resolve staffing and operational issues efficiently.
  • Concern Resolution: Provide support to site medical personnel addressing their concerns and queries.
  • Nurse and MD Endorsement: Monitor and endorse Nurses and MDs for deployment opportunities.
  • OSH Compliance: Assist in maintaining OSH compliance and submit AMR and WAIR reports to the client.
  • Health Program Development: Identify and develop Health Programs based on client illness/incidence reports.
  • Training Collaboration: Work closely with CMT on ActiveOne program/training initiatives.
  • Schedule and Attendance: Coordinate clinic schedule and attendance, leaves, and overtime approval with site medical personnel.
  • PPE and Supplies: Consolidate inventory of PPE/medicines & medical supplies across all sites for submission to the Client.
  • Report Submission: Support clinic Nurses in submitting clinic utilization reports to CRT.
  • Monthly Checks: Perform regular checks on equipment, medicines, and medical supplies inventory, requisitioning prior to submission to the Client.
Requirements:
  • A Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing or equivalent is required.
  • At least one year of experience in an occupational health setting, business operations, and/or administrative role is necessary.
  • The ability to thrive under a flexible work schedule environment is essential.
