Responsibilities

The Real Estate Occupancy Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of strategies to increase tenant occupancy of our office spaces. This includes:

  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on leasing trends, current rental rates, and competitor activities.
  • Strategy Development: Conceptualize, develop, and create strategies to increase tenant occupancy of the company's office spaces.
  • Product/Service Mix: Review, analyze, propose, and advise management and tenants on product/service mix concepts and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Sales and Marketing: Oversee the administration and integration of sales and marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and achieve target rental income.
  • Tenant Evaluation: Evaluate prospective tenants by reviewing their financial statements, business plans, operations, and references to ensure they meet the criteria for tenancy.
  • Tenant Satisfaction: Achieve tenant satisfaction within established limits and conditions provided by management, standard operating procedures, company policies, and other related regulations.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Must have at least an educational attainment equivalent to a bachelor/college degree, preferably in Business Administration/Marketing Management, Real Estate Management, or any related course.
  • Professional Background: Minimum of eight (8) years of work experience in real estate leasing, property management, commercial space leasing, sales, and marketing, with at least one (1) or two (2) years of leadership or people-handling experience.
