Electrical BIM Modeler Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical BIM Modeler to join our team and support construction projects by developing and maintaining Electrical BIM Models and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) deliverables.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work with the Construction Operations Team to build Electrical BIM Models for construction projects.
  • You will be responsible for providing VDC modeling of electrical systems, creating shop drawings and coordinated layouts for total stations, and developing prefabrication models for the prefab department.
  • Your primary goal will be to ensure consistency and accuracy of modeling deliverables to support project requirements.
  • In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to communicate project updates clearly to the operations team.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
