Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our company database using designated software (Zoho). This role requires excellent typing skills with high accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working remotely.

This position involves entering data from various digital sources (emails, online forms, shared drives), organizing and categorizing data following established protocols, preparing reports and presentations as instructed by management, utilizing online collaboration tools, and performing basic administrative tasks (filing, document sharing) using online tools and resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role is required.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with cloud-based applications are necessary.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, discretion, and professionalism.
