We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team at Infinity Outsourcing Services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about logistics and operations management.

About the Role:

  • This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • You will be working closely with our warehouse staff to maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stock movements, and ensure that all merchandise is properly secured in delivery vehicles.
  • We require someone who has strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing incoming shipments, verifying quantities and conditions against delivery documents.
  • Storing and retrieving merchandise from storage areas, using warehouse lift equipment as needed.
  • Packing and labeling merchandise for delivery or shipping, ensuring that all items are securely packaged and labeled correctly.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing merchandise, using warehouse inventory management software to track inventory levels.
  • Performing regular inventory checks to ensure that stock levels are up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with proven experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong knowledge of standard warehouse practices, including inventory management and control procedures.
  • The ability to operate warehouse lift equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Good physical stamina, with the ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
