Job Opportunity

This is a remote position for an experienced healthcare recruiter to source and place qualified professionals across the U.S.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills in English, confident in their abilities and motivated by performance-based compensation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for contract and permanent roles using own sourcing tools and platforms.
  • Manage job orders and submit candidates through MSP and VMS systems.
  • Utilize your own resources and networks to identify top healthcare talent.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
  • Collaborate virtually with our team to achieve hiring goals and meet client needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting healthcare professionals within an MSP and/or VMS environment.
  • Strong understanding of MSP/VMS process, compliance, and submission guidelines.
  • Must have access to own sourcing tools (e.g. job boards, databases, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours or solely on weekends if desired.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote role.
  • Eligible to work as an independent contractor.
  • Own VOIP US phone number/line required.
