Job Title: Data Insights Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to create and deliver accurate, clear weekly and monthly client reports.

This role plays a critical part in keeping clients informed about their campaign performance across major platforms.

You'll work directly with internal teams to consolidate performance metrics from Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and HubSpot, and transform that data into client-ready reports that tell a meaningful story.

About the Role:
  • Client Reporting Specialist : Create and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports for clients with a focus on accuracy and clarity
  • Platform Data Consolidator : Gather and consolidate campaign data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and HubSpot
  • Insights Communicator : Present performance metrics in a clear, digestible format that enables clients to understand campaign results at a glance
  • Data Accuracy Champion : Double-check all reports for accuracy and consistency before submission
  • Template Manager : Create and maintain standardized reporting templates for efficient and consistent reporting
  • Process Improver : Identify opportunities to streamline the reporting process for faster delivery without sacrificing quality
  • Internal Collaborator : Work closely with account managers and internal stakeholders to align reporting timelines and expectations
Requirements:
  • Marketing Reporting Experience : 2+ years of experience in marketing data reporting or a similar reporting-focused role
  • Platform Expertise : Proficient in pulling performance data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and HubSpot
  • Attention to Detail : Highly organized with strong attention to detail to ensure clean, professional reports
  • Communication Skills : Able to present data clearly to account managers and stakeholders for client-facing delivery
  • Technical Skills : Skilled in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) for manual report building; familiarity with Google Data Studio is a plus
  • Time Management : Able to manage multiple reporting schedules and meet strict deadlines
  • Continuous Learning : Interested in staying updated on new reporting tools and features within key marketing platforms
