Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our Global Information Risk Management Assurance Program. As a Director, you will be responsible for driving assurance effectiveness and efficiency through strategic planning and process improvement.

About the Role
  • Develop an automation strategy to enhance assurance outcomes and productivity.
  • IDentify opportunities for control testing automation.
  • Lead the design and build of Automated Control Tests (ACTs).
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver on program goals.
  • Foster a strong information risk culture.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving information and technology risks, new regulations, laws, and requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Global Information Risk Management processes and procedures.
  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and peers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership in Assurance and Risk Monitoring/testing, Information Security, Business Resiliency, and Technology Risk.
  • Proven experience in Process improvement and design.
  • Proven experience in IT controls assurance data analytics and automation.
  • Previous 2nd line oversight and assurance experience.
  • Strong understanding of related best practices and industry frameworks.
  • Sound knowledge of information risk management principles and prior experience as a leader in Information Risk.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory environments in the U.S. and Canada.
  • University degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Recognized professional designations in Information Security, Audit, and Business Continuity.
