Lead Product Strategist

Seeking a results-driven Lead Product Strategist to spearhead product vision, strategy, and execution.

  • Define and align product vision, strategy, and roadmap with company objectives, user needs, and market trends.

  • Effectively communicate product strategy, status, and performance to leadership and teams, gathering input from key stakeholders.
  • Ensure product initiatives align with business goals, collaborating with other departments for cohesive strategies.
  • Oversee efficient product development processes, implementing best practices in product management, Agile, and user-centered design.
  • Manage the product portfolio, evaluating performance and making lifecycle decisions, prioritizing based on strategic importance.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product management team, encouraging experimentation.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team, promoting collaboration.
  • Monitor product performance with KPIs, reporting regularly to executive leadership on progress and challenges.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies through market research.
  • Champion the customer voice, prioritizing user feedback and engaging directly with customers for insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related field; Master's Degree (MBA or relevant Master) preferred.
  • 7-10 years in product management with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, particularly in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong experience in implementing Agile methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record in managing a diverse product portfolio and making data-driven lifecycle decisions.
