Job Description

As the first representative for a fast-growing talent attraction firm, you'll play a vital role in reimagining how Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies think about talent access.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospects and conduct outreach via email and calls
  • Create relationships with market leaders and qualify them for services
  • Research target accounts and decision-makers to generate interest
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with Sales, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders
  • Conduct high-level conversations with founders, C-suite, HR professionals, and hiring managers
  • Update CRM with prospect interactions for streamlined lead management
  • Schedule discovery calls with qualified leads
  • Meet quarterly quotas for qualified meetings
  • Build repeatable processes for identifying and targeting top prospects using tools and outbound strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications

MUST HAVE:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SDR or business development roles
  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • Familiarity with candidate tracking systems like Loxo
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Deep understanding of the CPG industry and terminology

Preferred:

  • Experience in staffing or consulting
  • Bilingual (preferred)
  • At least 3 years at the same company
