Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will play a vital role in managing the financial and operational aspects of our Web3 business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong finance or accounting background, combined with excellent technical skills and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Record and reconcile crypto and fiat transactions across various systems and exchanges
  • Maintain accurate ledgers for token distributions, vesting, staking, and treasury activity
  • Coordinate with accounting and audit partners for reporting and compliance
  • Monitor and manage digital asset holdings using specialized tools like Fireblocks and Integral
  • Conduct regular valuation and reporting on assets ($PLMS, USDC, ETH, NFTs)
  • Track exposure, performance, and maintain historical records
  • Prepare documentation and liaise with auditors during reviews
  • Issue and track crypto and fiat invoices, maintaining proper records
  • Ensure compliance and financial documentation are up to date
  • Coordinate filings and documents with banks, partners, and corporate service providers
  • Manage legal documents (NDAs, agreements, resolutions)
  • Maintain internal record-keeping and compliance documentation
  • Document and improve finance, legal, and admin workflows
  • Support smooth day-to-day operations across departments and external advisors
