Learning Experience Developer

This role involves designing, creating and delivering top-notch learning experiences for diverse learners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging course content and activities across various modalities.
Main Responsibilities- Apply established design models to create effective course content and activities.
- Determine optimal delivery methods to meet learning objectives and adapt instructional materials as needed.
- Author training materials using industry-standard tools including Articulate 360, Vyond, Canva and other common platforms.
- Maintain knowledge of adult learning theory and relevant technologies.
- Develop course content including graphics, scenarios, job aids, simulations, audio scripts, eLearning courses and live virtual learning experiences.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Skilled in all aspects of instructional design including needs assessment, design, development, implementation and evaluation.
- Experience with adult learning methodologies, learning management systems, eLearning authoring tools and MS Office.
- LMS Administration experience preferred.
- Two+ years experience in learning/training/people development, preferably in a corporate environment.

- Remote work arrangement
- Minimum internet speed of 25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload; Directly connected into modem; No satellite
