This is a Healthcare Virtual Assistant position that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Documenting patient information and medical records
  2. Managing appointment bookings and cancellations
  3. Inputting patient data into EMR/EHR systems
  4. Processing insurance claims and handling billing inquiries
  5. Responding to patient inquiries and providing information
  6. Analyzing healthcare data and preparing reports
  7. Maintaining patient confidentiality and ensuring HIPAA compliance
  8. Coordinating the sending of medical records to various departments and professionals
  9. Performing ad hoc tasks as needed

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a medical field or related industry, at least 1 year of experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant, and excellent English communication skills. They will also have a solid understanding of medical terminologies and practices, proficiency in EHR/EMR systems, and strong interpersonal skills.

Schedule: US work hours (20-40 hours per week)

Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package:

  • Entry Level (1-3 years of experience): Up to PHP 39,500
  • Intermediate Level (3-5 years of experience): Up to PHP 48,000
  • Expert Level (5+ years of experience): Up to PHP 53,000
