Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Manager to lead our digital operations team.

  • This role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality digital assets, managing cross-functional teams, and analyzing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
About the Role

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in digital operations, website production, or marketing operations, with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.

They will be responsible for building and refining processes, enforcing deadlines, and coaching their team to deliver consistently strong results.

The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, and hands-on experience with QA and website delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing team performance and project data to identify opportunities for improving delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with SEO, digital marketing, and client-facing teams to ensure client deliverables align with business needs and drive measurable results.
  • Actively contributing to the company culture by providing regular feedback, sharing best practices, and promoting continuous improvement.
Requirements
