About the Position

We are looking for a talented professional with a strong background in software testing to join our team as a QA Engineer. Our ideal candidate will have experience working on complex software projects and will be proficient in automation testing tools such as Cypress and Selenium.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.
  • Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test suites to validate software functionality.
  • Utilize defect tracking and management tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla to report and track issues.
  • Participate in CI/CD pipelines, integrating testing suites to support continuous delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role, demonstrating proficiency in automation testing.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience in test plan development, test case creation, execution, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with defect tracking and management tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • ISTQB or similar certification is a plus, showcasing a commitment to quality assurance standards.
