Job Description

The role of a software test engineer is to execute software functions in a controlled manner to determine whether the software behaves as specified or expected.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Acquiring a deep understanding of assigned product features from various perspectives, including business, end-user, and technical.
  2. Identifying risks, issues, and problems on product features and proposing mitigation steps.
  3. Preparing test strategies, designs, and specifications for full testing cycles of features.
  4. Managing tester pools to execute necessary tests.
  5. Being the point person for assigned product features.
  6. Accounting for and reviewing quality of assigned product features.
  7. Preparing documentations and conducting demonstrations of product features.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  1. A bachelor's degree holder with a willingness to pursue a career in IT.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Accuracy and attention to detail.
  4. Ability to think autonomously while working under tight deadlines.
