Financial Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and producing key financial reports and analyses to support senior leaders in making strategic decisions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial reporting and analysis. They will be able to work effectively in an international or cross-cultural environment, including managing different time zones.

  • Collect, consolidate, and review monthly global financial data, ensuring seamless integration into our systems using the most efficient and effective methods.
  • Collaborate with finance teams across the organization to gather financial data and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely updates of data into our systems for reporting purposes.
  • Provide timely, accurate reports and insightful analyses that focus on financial performance and health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Collect, consolidate, and review monthly global financial data, ensuring seamless integration into our systems using the most efficient and effective methods.
  • Data Management: Collaborate with finance teams across the organization to gather financial data and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely updates of data into our systems for reporting purposes.
  • Analysis and Insights: Provide timely, accurate reports and insightful analyses that focus on financial performance and health.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (with CPA license or MBA preferred).
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, preferably within a non-profit environment.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in leveraging analytical and presentation tools, including Microsoft Excel, Power Pivot, PowerPoint, and Power BI, to drive data-driven insights and effectively communicate complex financial information.
