Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Design & File Prep: Develop and optimize digital files for different output methods, ensuring they meet production standards.
  • Tool Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools, with a focus on customization and precision.
  • Color & Pre-press: Implement precise color management and perform pre-press checks to ensure flawless reproduction.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough proofreading and quality assurance checks to correct errors.
  • Workflow Collaboration: Work seamlessly with designers and project managers to deliver high-quality assets efficiently.
  • Layout & Typesetting: Adjust layouts and typesetting for various designs, adhering to brand guidelines.
Qualifications
  • High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite tools, with strong knowledge of file preparation, color management, and layout principles.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing experience in preparing digital assets for print and digital output.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, consistency, and error detection skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical design and file preparation issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
